Purpose and Goals of this Website

The purpose of this website is to provide prospective employers with information about my personal and professional qualifications.  Spanish-Plaza serves as a showcase of my personal electronic portfolio and  is  a website that I use to post information and resources for my classes, as well as related links and pertinent references.  All information on this site is to be used for educational purposes. I hope to engage students' interest in the acquisition of a second language through posted links, learning experiences, activities, and webquests.

This site originally existed as part of a Bloomsburg University  graduate class. The site now exists as a professional portfolio and as a resource for my students and anyone else wishing to learn more about the Spanish language.  The material on the site may not be reproduced without permission of the author.

About the author:  Kimberly Tohill holds 2 Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Susquehanna University - one in Spanish and one in International Studies. Ms. Tohill received her Master of Education in Curriculum
and Instruction from Bloomsburg University in May 2005. 
She has been teaching Spanish 1, 2, and 3 at Blue Mountain High School since 2005.
